Once you book an inflatable, we'll send you a contract and that item(s) will be yours for the specified time on the contract.

4. WHAT DO I DO IF IT RAINS OR IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If you already have an inflatable setup in your yard and it starts to rain, you should turn the inflatable off until the rain stops. If there are wind gusts that exceed 15 mph, the inflatable must be turned off for safety reasons.
5. CAN I COME TO YOUR FACILITY TO SEE THE GAMES DISPLAYED?
You are welcome to come to our facility however; our inflatables are rolled up and on put away. We do not have a showroom to display these items.
6. HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU RENT THE INFLATABLES FOR?
For the daily rate, if your party is on a Saturday we may opt to deliver on Friday and not pick back up until Sunday (not guaranteed). We can also deliver and pick up the equipment on the same day. We try to be flexible with our customers and make sure they are satisfied with the amount of time they are receiving. Also, if the inflatable is rented by another party on the same weekend accommodations would need to be made.
7. DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIALS OR PACKAGE DEALS?
Depending on the time of year or day of the week of your event, we offer specials. If you rent multiple items, we frequently give discounts based on the number of items and what you are renting.
8. ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
Bounce Inflatable Rentals carry’s a liability policy that covers up to $1,000,000. A copy of this policy can be provided upon request.
9. WHAT KIND OF SURFACE CAN THE INFLATABLES BE SETUP ON?
Grass only.
10. CAN I PICK UP THE INFLATABLE(S)?
For safety reasons we do not allow customers to pick up and set up inflatables.
11. WHAT DOES A “CLEAN 20AMP CIRCUIT” MEAN?
A clean 20amp circuit refers to a standard outlet with nothing else on that circuit.
